• colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings
• measurements may vary slightly
• products may be updated or improved over time

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Raddie and Rue is not VAT registered. Our prices are not subject to VAT and no VAT will be charged on your purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Raddie and Rue is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returned products must:
• be unused
• be in original condition
• include original packaging where possible

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
