1. Returns

We hope you love your Raddie and Rue order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
• be unused
• be in original condition
• include original packaging where possible

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order details.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or damaged after delivery.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
